Steve Mix Basketball Play and Drill Book

This book offers over 100 plays in five different sets. Offered in this play book, is a 15 play Early Offense Set, a 32 play Two Guard Front Offense, including ways to get into it. The Open Post Set includes rules for this set including examples of how to get into this set, and 16 plays you can use effectively. The Spread includes 11 plays that you can add to at anytime. The 1-4 High Set is a set that I have run numerous times to perfection and is extremely effective. This set includes numerous ways to get into it, 32 plays for you to run. These sets are drawn out so you can easily read them, and understand them.
Included in this book is my Post and Perimeter information. Both of these are filled with information that every post and perimeter player should know, and the moves that go with it. Included are ball-handling drills, shooting drills, agility drills, and footwork drills. This also includes over 15 moves that every low post player should have in his repertoire.
The perimeter player should also have this information in his back pocket to look at every day. You can review cone drills to improve your ball handling, what to look for while in the triple threat, and what to do when using screens. The player should also work on their V-cut moves to the perimeter, working up from the baseline to the top of the key, and moves they need to make in the drive and kick situations.
